COD Payment and a Certificate of Insurance naming IDF Studio Scenery as Additional Insured Loss Payee is required prior to release of scenery.
Rental prices are based on a one-week rental period. Second week rental is based on 60% of original rental cost for all scenery, except for jacks and sandbags which are billed at 100% for additional weeks.
All rental scenery is prepped / ready to be painted. Colors shown are for reference only. There is no guarantee that scenery (including brick, cinder block and stone walls) will be matching colors. Ask for a quote if you would like IDF to paint the scenery to your specifications.
IDF can be hired to install & strike scenery at your filming location. Please call for a quote based on your specific needs.
Any modifications to the rental scenery can result in L&D charges. Please remove all surfaces that have been attached to rental scenery and return in original rental condition. This includes and is not limited to wallpaper, wainscoting, moldings, any adhesive etc. Please use water-based paints only.
Scene dock is open from 8:00am - 3:30pm. Dock is located on the left side of our building at 13618 Vaughn St., San Fernando, CA 91340.
Cancelled items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Scenery availability is subject to change and will be confirmed when order is placed.
Client to confirm access to verify that scenery will fit into their truck and location door.
Client to have crew on site at time of delivery and pick up to assist with scenery loading and unloading.
Transportation cost is based upon delivery/pickup during IDF’s normal business hours, and will vary based on distance, size of load etc. Please call for a quote based on your order.
A 50% Deposit Required to begin scenery construction. Balance Due in full at time of installation or prior to release of scenery.
We accept payment by cash, check or credit card. FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, THERE WILL BE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE APPLIED TO ALL INVOICES.
